1. About the Association
The Shenzhen New Energy Automobile Association (NEAA), established in 2015, is a voluntary, local, non-profit social organization and public service platform formed by enterprises, research institutions, and relevant experts and scholars in industries related to new energy vehicles, including upstream materials, core components, new energy vehicle manufacturing, charging equipment, and after-sales services.
The Shenzhen New Energy Vehicle Promotion Association undertakes functions entrusted by government departments, carries out industry regulation promotion services commissioned by government departments, organizes research, inspections, academic exchanges, and industry communication, and conducts skills training and talent services.
Core services include: vocational and technical training & agency; standard services; customized services; conference services; industrial chain services; investment and financing services; talent matching services; media publicity services.
II. Service Members
NEAA members are categorized into five types: Chairman Units, Deputy Chairman Units, Standing Director Units, Director Units, and General Member Units. Enterprises voluntarily join NEAA and are granted corresponding rights accordingly.
The membership services of NEAA primarily include industry news, resource matching, technical exchanges, media collaborations, and ID registration services.
III. Industrial Development
Based on long-term research in the new energy vehicle industry chain, NEAA provides services such as industrial research, corporate consulting, standard development, and green evaluation for enterprises, governments, and other entities.
The Industrial Research Department of NEAA will regularly publish the Annual Report on the New Energy Vehicle Industry Chain based on the current development status of the new energy vehicle industry and market demand. Additionally, it will issue weekly and monthly reports on key areas of focus, along with compiled publications such as the "New Energy Vehicle Enterprise Directory" and the "Digital Twin Technology Application White Paper for the Battery Industry.".
IV. Special Activities
NEAA will organize thematic activities around the new energy vehicle industry chain, including roundtable discussions, high-level forums, technical exchanges, industry exhibitions, and vocational skills training.
V. Talent Development
The Training Department of NEAA focuses on establishing an interconnected system for the career development of skilled and professional technical talents, promoting services such as talent training and assessment, talent cultivation, talent supply, and talent enhancement within the new energy vehicle industry chain.
NEAA has established a comprehensive vocational training curriculum system, encompassing three major categories: Battery Manufacturing Engineer/Technician, Battery and Battery System Maintenance Specialist, and Used Battery Treatment and Disposal Specialist. These programs focus on the entire lifecycle of power batteries, a core component of new energy vehicles, as well as the professional development of talent.
